Mindbody pricing
On its European site, Mindbody lists €99 a month per location; in the US it starts at $79. There's no free trial: to see it from the inside you book a demo. It also lists a 20% fee on new clients who find your business through its marketplace.
GREATER publishes its three plans, in euros with VAT included:
- Free: €0 up to 50 students.
- Basic: €20 a month.
- Pro: €35 a month, unlimited students.
When you sign up you get 30 days of Pro. If you don't pay at the end, you stay on Free. No lock-in. On card payments from your students, GREATER takes 1% plus the Stripe fee; cash and class packs are recorded with no fee.
What GREATER offers that Mindbody doesn't list
- Belts and stripes. GREATER tracks each student's belt, adults and kids, by classes or by time. It tells you when someone meets your requirements to be promoted and keeps the promotion history.
- Free plan up to 50 students. Use the app without a subscription while your academy is small.
- A trial, not a demo. 30 days of Pro without waiting for a call.
- No fee on new students. The students you bring in are yours; GREATER doesn't charge for them.
It also covers the basics: weekly timetable, bookings with waiting list, attendance, memberships, announcements with photos, stats, attendance ranking, family accounts on one phone, front-desk tablet check-in, web dashboard and 7 languages.
