1. Who each one is for
WodBuster is booking software designed for CrossFit boxes. It's very well known in Spain and many athletes already know how to use it.
GREATER is built for martial arts academies, such as BJJ or judo. That's why it includes what those academies use every day and a box doesn't need, starting with belts.
WodBuster if your centre does functional training. GREATER if you teach a martial art.
2. Belts and ranks
GREATER tracks each student's belt and stripes, adults and kids, by classes or by time. It tells you when a student meets the requirements you've set and keeps the promotion history.
WodBuster doesn't publish anything similar on its website.
WodBuster if you don't work with belts. GREATER if you want to know who's ready for their next rank without keeping a separate spreadsheet.
3. Attendance and front desk
With GREATER you put a tablet at the entrance and each student taps their photo when they arrive. Attendance is recorded without taking a register by hand, and it counts towards belts and the attendance ranking.
WodBuster doesn't publish a front-desk tablet option.
WodBuster if knowing who has booked is enough for you. GREATER if you want attendance to be recorded automatically at the door.
4. Families and kids' groups
On GREATER, a parent manages their kids' bookings from a single account. In academies with kids' groups, it's one of the most used features.
WodBuster doesn't publish a family feature.

5. Bookings and timetable
This is where WodBuster does well: each centre has its own branded booking page, which makes it easy for members to book from the browser, and many already know it from other boxes.
GREATER has a weekly timetable, bookings with a waiting list, announcements with photos, stats and a web dashboard in the browser, as well as the student app.
WodBuster if your members already use it at another box. GREATER if you want bookings alongside belts, payments and attendance in the same app.
6. Price and free plan
When we checked WodBuster's website on 12/10/2026, it listed these prices:
- Free up to 10 members.
- €34 a month up to 35 members.
- €54 a month with unlimited members.
Capterra shows a price "from €9", which doesn't match what we saw on its website. Check its pricing page before deciding, as prices may have changed.
GREATER has three plans in euros with VAT included: Free at €0 up to 35 students, Basic at €20 a month and Pro at €35 a month with unlimited students. On card payments, GREATER takes 1% plus the Stripe fee; cash and class packs are recorded with no fee.
WodBuster if you only need bookings and its pricing suits you. GREATER if you have up to 35 students and want to start at €0, or more and want a fixed price with VAT.
7. Trial, VAT and lock-in
When you sign up to GREATER you get 30 days of the Pro plan; if you don't pay, you stay on Free. No lock-in, and VAT is included in the price.
The WodBuster data we checked showed neither a trial period nor whether the price includes VAT.
GREATER if you want to try the full plan before paying. With WodBuster, ask them about the trial and VAT first.
8. Reviews
There are few WodBuster reviews on directories. You can look at Capterra and its app listings in the App Store and Google Play, where the reviews mostly come from members who book classes. We don't quote ratings or stars here: they change often and it's better to read them at the source.
